Quantum is proud to offer a 5-year limited warranty on all of our reels, rods and combos.

Q: What is covered under the warranty?

A: All Quantum fishing rods, reels, and combos damaged or broken under normal fishing conditions are covered under Quantum’s 5-year warranty starting on the original date of purchase.

Q: What is not covered under the warranty?

A: Cleaning, maintenance, intentional damage, fire, theft, or loss.

Q: Does a Quantum rod, reel or combo need to be registered to be covered under the warranty?

A: No, but proof of purchase will need to be provided. Quantum gear can be registered (with proof of purchase) online at Quantumfishing.com under the “Support” section.

Q: How does a consumer submit a claim?

  1. Contact customer support via email or at 800-588-9030 (international calls: 918-836-5581, option 1).

    If you live outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact your dealer for warranty assistance.

  2. FOR REEL REPAIR: Package and ship the product to an authorized service center. In the package you must include the following:
    • Name, address, phone and email (download form here)
    • If you haven’t registered the product online, a copy of the sales receipt for proof of purchase
    • An explanation of what is wrong with the product

    FOR ROD REPAIR: Package and ship the product to the Quantum Warranty Center. In the package you must include the following:

    • Name, address, phone and email (download form here)
    • If you haven’t registered the product online, a copy of the sales receipt for proof of purchase
    • An explanation of what is wrong with the product

    Note: If the claim is for a rod, you may cut the rod in half for ease of shipping the product

  3. Once our warranty department receives your product, we will process the claim and determine if it is covered by the warranty. If it is covered, we’ll ship the repaired or replacement product and provide a tracking number. If it is not covered by the warranty, we’ll be in touch to let you know. Warrantied products will be returned via ground unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment.

Q: How long will it take to get Quantum Gear back?

A: Although time varies, repair usually takes about three weeks.
